Bringing FLOCKHILL to Fruition

ACTIVITY, BUSTLE, and EXERTION are the buzzwords at FLOCKHILL…this is dramatic irony really as we live in such a peaceful alpine region. We have an endless number of diggers, trucks, tele-handlers, cranes, concrete mixers, and various groups of people to operate them. All working together as a team to bring our new lodge to fruition.

There is a realisation as you stand on the veranda of the developing 7 new villas (14 junior suites), that their positioning is remarkable. The villas overlook an expansive pond drawing the eye to a commanding Purple Hill, a mound that emerges to a summit of 1680 meters. It gets its name from its long and colourful scree slopes that slide to the west. The dramatic surroundings engulf the lodge, bringing that true High-Country experience.
