FLOCKHILL: Our Aim

At FLOCKHILL our aim is to tell stories and have our guests leave with stories to tell.

So let us tell you the story of our second development phase and take you on our journey as we transform into a luxury lodge that will support, be in joint harmony with and enrich the FLOCKHILL Homestead.

The initial development is 14 Villas and a restaurant that pays homage to all that is quintessentially NZ. The lodge is positioned within 36,000 acres of Southern Alps sheep station.

Each part of the project will have its own story, with its own unique group of talented coherent creators, striving to bring you a new FLOCKHILL Lodge. We will take you through each phase as they come into being.

The Farmhouse is where the nurturing starts. Every station has a Farmhouse kitchen that is welcoming, bringing you into the fold. Ours in the lodge will be no different. It is where your stay begins.
